Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado (medium)
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1/2 inch ginger root
- 1/2 cup coconut water ((medium))
- 3/4 cup water ((medium))
- 1 handful ice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp oil ((medium))
- 8 drop liquid stevia
Instructions
- Put ingredients in a high speed blender, adding the ice last.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Recipe Notes Tip: Drink half of the smoothie and keep the rest in the fridge for later in the day.
