Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado (medium)
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 inch ginger root
  • 1/2 cup coconut water ((medium))
  • 3/4 cup water ((medium))
  • 1 handful ice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp oil ((medium))
  • 8 drop liquid stevia

Instructions

  1. Put ingredients in a high speed blender, adding the ice last.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Recipe Notes Tip: Drink half of the smoothie and keep the rest in the fridge for later in the day.
