Green Keto Smoothie
- 1/2 avocado (medium)
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1/2 inch ginger root
- 1/2 cup coconut water (medium)
- 3/4 cup water (medium)
- 1 handful ice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons oil (medium)
- 8 drops liquid stevia
- Put ingredients in a high speed blender, adding the ice last.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Recipe Notes Tip: Drink half of the smoothie and keep the rest in the fridge for later in the day.
