Fudge "Keto" Protein Brownies

Ingredients

  • 60 grams chocolate protein powder (I used Dymatize ISO-100 in Fudge Brownie)
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup stevia baking blend (I used Dymatize ISO-100 in Fudge Brownie)
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (I used Dymatize ISO-100 in Fudge Brownie)
  • 1/2 cup egg whites (I used Dymatize ISO-100 in Fudge Brownie)
  • 3 tablespoons coconut butter (I used Dymatize ISO-100 in Fudge Brownie)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon butter extract (I used Dymatize ISO-100 in Fudge Brownie)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  • Whisk together dry ingredients (through salt) in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Add egg whites, melted coconut butter, and flavor extracts, mixing until smooth.
  • Lightly spray a 7"x5" baking dish with cooking spray, and pour batter in using a spatula.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until the center no longer jiggles, but is still gooey.
  • Brownies will set as they cool, so be very careful not to over-bake.
  • Slice into eight pieces and enjoy! Store leftovers covered in the fridge (no preservatives).
