Fudge "Keto" Protein Brownies

Ingredients
- 60 g chocolate protein powder ((I used Dymatize ISO-100 in Fudge Brownie))
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup stevia baking blend ((I used Dymatize ISO-100 in Fudge Brownie))
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt ((I used Dymatize ISO-100 in Fudge Brownie))
- 1/2 cup egg whites ((I used Dymatize ISO-100 in Fudge Brownie))
- 3 tbsp coconut butter ((I used Dymatize ISO-100 in Fudge Brownie))
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp butter extract ((I used Dymatize ISO-100 in Fudge Brownie))
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Whisk together dry ingredients (through salt) in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add egg whites, melted coconut butter, and flavor extracts, mixing until smooth.
- Lightly spray a 7"x5" baking dish with cooking spray, and pour batter in using a spatula.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the center no longer jiggles, but is still gooey.
- Brownies will set as they cool, so be very careful not to over-bake.
- Slice into eight pieces and enjoy! Store leftovers covered in the fridge (no preservatives).
