Easy Low-Carb, Keto Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 4 cup baby spinach ((finely chopped))
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg ((finely chopped))
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts ((finely chopped))
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese ((finely chopped))
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan.
- Add the chopped spinach, cook for 2 minutes, until wilted.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic and nutmeg.
- Add the cream cheese, with the heat on low, using a wooden spoon or spatula, incorporate the cream cheese into the spinach.
- Add the cream.
- Add the artichoke hearts.
- Mix in 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer to a small oven safe baking dish.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve.
