Taco Pie (low-carb, keto)
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (I actually used 18 oz, so make sure to adjust your nutritional info accordingly)
- 10 ounces diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 batch taco seasoning (I actually used 18 oz, so make sure to adjust your nutritional info accordingly)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/4 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (I actually used 18 oz, so make sure to adjust your nutritional info accordingly)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F 2.
- Cook ground beef over MEDIUM heat and add taco seasoning 3.
- Drain most of the liquid from the tomatoes and green chilies and add to pan with ground beef and mix 4.
- Add sour cream and 1/4 cup of cheese and mix 5.
- Pour mixture into a pie dish and top with remaining cup of cheese 6.
- Bake about 15 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted and slightly browned 7.
- Slice and serve!
