Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef ((grass fed))
  • 2 tbsp onions ((grass fed))
  • 1 stalk celery ((grass fed))
  • 1 clove garlic ((grass fed))
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste ((grass fed))
  • 3/4 cup water ((grass fed))
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Sweetener (Confectioners
  • 1 1/2 tsp coconut vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt ((grass fed))
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, brown the beef, onion, celery and garlic; drain fat.
  2. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
  3. Simmer for 20 minutes on low for the flavors to open up.
