Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (low sugar)
  • 3/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons stevia (low sugar)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (low sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons stevia (low sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Peanut butter mixtureMix well and refrigerate 2 hours or until firm enough to roll out into eggs.
  • Freeze eggs while preparing chocolate.Chocolate coatingMix really well with a whisk.
  • Dip frozen peanut butter eggs in to cover.
  • Store in fridge or freezer.
