Seasoned Garlic Keto Croutons

Ingredients

  • 8 oz halloumi cheese ((cut into bite sized pieces))
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic ((cut into bite sized pieces))
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cut cheese into bit sized pieces.
  2. Add butter to a saute pan and when it's melted, add in the garlic and seasoning.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Place the cheese in piece by piece.
  5. Let cook for a minute or two and then flip to the other side.
  6. When browned on both sides, take out and use as croutons on your salad
