Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup full fat coconut milk ((plus more for the following day))
  • 1/3 cup brewed coffee ((plus more for the following day))
  • 1/2 cup shelled hemp seeds ((plus more for the following day))
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp erythritol ((plus more for the following day))
  • 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice ((plus more for the following day))
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • rock salt ((plus more for the following day))
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans ((plus more for the following day))
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a 12 fl.
  2. oz.
  3. (350 ml), or larger container with a lid.
  4. Stir until combined.
  5. Cover and set in the fridge overnight, for at least 8 hours.The following day, add additional milk until desired consistency is reached.Divide between two small bowls, add toppings if desired, and enjoy.
