Peanut Butter with Flax and Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp flax seeds ((golden))
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • 16 oz natural peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Pour all of the peanut butter into a bowl.
  2. Put the peanuts in a zip lock bag and crush them with a rolling pin to break into pieces.
  3. Add flax seeds, chia seeds, and crushed peanuts to the peanut butter.
  4. Mix well, return peanut butter mixture back into the peanut butter jar.
