Paleo Chocolate Mousse Cake (dairy Free, Raw Dessert, Keto, Paleo, Gluten Free)
Ingredients
- 1 cup dates (mejdool)
- 1/2 cup dry coconut
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 can coconut cream (mejdool)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cacao powder (mejdool)
- 1 tablespoon coconut cream
- 50 grams chocolate (mejdool)
- 1 stevia (tspn)
Instructions
- 1 can cold coconut cream 1 1/2 tbsp goof quality cacao powder 1 tbsp coconut cream 50 gr melted chocolate (unsweetened or paleo chocolate) 1 tspn Stevia
- 1.For the base, add all ingredients into a food processor and process until roughly combined and sticky.
- 2.
- Line a muffin pan with glad wrap.
- 3.
- Divide mixture into 7-8 and press into the muffin tray until a tart casing is formed.
- 4.
- Put into the freezer to set, whilst you make the chocolate mouse.
- 5.
- In a bowl whisk the coconut cream with Stevia and cacao powder until is foamy and smooth.
- 6.
- Pour the melted chocolate in coconut foam and slowly whisk together.
- 7.Pull the muffin tray out of the fridge fill each tart with the cream.
- 8.
- Put into the freezer for 2 hours to set.
- Add on the top nuts or dried fruits
