Paleo Chocolate Mousse Cake (dairy Free, Raw Dessert, Keto, Paleo, Gluten Free)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates (mejdool)
  • 1/2 cup dry coconut
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 can coconut cream (mejdool)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cacao powder (mejdool)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream
  • 50 grams chocolate (mejdool)
  • 1 stevia (tspn)

Instructions

  • 1 can cold coconut cream 1 1/2 tbsp goof quality cacao powder 1 tbsp coconut cream 50 gr melted chocolate (unsweetened or paleo chocolate) 1 tspn Stevia
  • 1.For the base, add all ingredients into a food processor and process until roughly combined and sticky.
  • 2.
  • Line a muffin pan with glad wrap.
  • 3.
  • Divide mixture into 7-8 and press into the muffin tray until a tart casing is formed.
  • 4.
  • Put into the freezer to set, whilst you make the chocolate mouse.
  • 5.
  • In a bowl whisk the coconut cream with Stevia and cacao powder until is foamy and smooth.
  • 6.
  • Pour the melted chocolate in coconut foam and slowly whisk together.
  • 7.Pull the muffin tray out of the fridge fill each tart with the cream.
  • 8.
  • Put into the freezer for 2 hours to set.
  • Add on the top nuts or dried fruits
