Ingredients

  • 2 cup red cabbage ((shredded))
  • 2 cup green cabbage ((shredded))
  • 2 scallions (sliced thinly)
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar ((shredded))
  • 1 tbsp tamari soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp ginger ((shredded))
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Whisk together dressing ingredients and set aside so the flavors meld.
  2. Toss the veggies and dressing together, and sprinkle sesame seeds on for garnish.
  3. Enjoy!
