Low-Carb Spicy Guacamole Tuna Salad Recipe (Ketogenic)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup albacore tuna in water
  • 240 fat ingredient (: 4g)
  • 5 tbsp guacamole ((: 4g, Prot: 52g, Net Carbs: 0))
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise ((: 4g, Prot: 52g, Net Carbs: 0))
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp cilantro leaves ((: 4g, Prot: 52g, Net Carbs: 0))

Instructions

  1. Open tuna cans.
  2. Drain the water and scrape the tuna into a bowl.
  3. Mix 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise inside the bowl.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of cilantro, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to bowl.
  5. Scoop 5 tablespoons of guacamole into the bowl.
  6. Mix thoroughly and evenly.
  7. Add additional spices to taste.
  8. Devour and Keto on!
