Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cup broccoli
  • 2 cup mushrooms
  • 4 slice cooked bacon
  • 6 oz cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp ground paprika
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Prep 15 minutes Cook 40 minutes Ready in 55 minutes Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, until the meat it's no longer pink; drain.
  3. Add the salt, paprika and onion powder to the meat.
  4. Slice the mushrooms and cook them in a pan with the melted butter for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Let it cool down.
  6. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the whipping cream.
  7. Add the cooked ground beef, mushrooms, broccoli and half of the cheddar cheese.
  8. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  9. Add the rest of the cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
