Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeno chilies ((Fresh))
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 1 can mexican lime ((Fresh))
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Rinse jalapeños and slice lengthwise.
  2. Remove seeds and veins, set aside.
  3. Combine cream cheese, goat cheese, and Rotel tomatoes in small bowl.
  4. Fill peppers with cream cheese mixture and wrap in bacon.
  5. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15- 20 minutes.
  6. Or place on the grill.
