Keto Mojito - Low Carb & Sugar-Free

Ingredients

  • 10 mint leaves (large)
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon erythritol (large)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 2 ounces club soda

Instructions

  • Add the mint leaves to your glass and muddle them using a muddler or the handle of a kitchen utensil.
  • Add in the lime juice, powdered erythritol and ice cubes.
  • Pour in the white rum and club soda.
  • Stir to incorporate everything and garnish with more mint or a lime wedge.
  • Enjoy!
