Ingredients

  • 10 mint leaves ((large))
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp erythritol ((large))
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 2 oz club soda

Instructions

  1. Add the mint leaves to your glass and muddle them using a muddler or the handle of a kitchen utensil.
  2. Add in the lime juice, powdered erythritol and ice cubes.
  3. Pour in the white rum and club soda.
  4. Stir to incorporate everything and garnish with more mint or a lime wedge.
  5. Enjoy!
