Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef ((80/20))
- 4 garlic cloves ((80/20))
- 1/2 onions (small)
- 10 oz rotel tomatoes
- 28 oz crushed tomatoes
- 1 1/4 tbsp cumin
- 2 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 32 oz beef broth
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes ((80/20))
- 1 tbsp hot sauce ((80/20))
Instructions
- Brown ground beef, onions, and minced garlic together in a large saucepan.Drain (if desired) then return to saucepan.Add all other ingredients to the ground beef mixture and bring to a boil.Reduce to low and simmer uncovered for 2 hours or until chili is thickened.Top each bowl with sour cream, grated cheese, jalapenos if desired.
