Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef ((80/20))
  • 4 garlic cloves ((80/20))
  • 1/2 onions (small)
  • 10 oz rotel tomatoes
  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 1 1/4 tbsp cumin
  • 2 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 32 oz beef broth
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes ((80/20))
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce ((80/20))

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, onions, and minced garlic together in a large saucepan.Drain (if desired) then return to saucepan.Add all other ingredients to the ground beef mixture and bring to a boil.Reduce to low and simmer uncovered for 2 hours or until chili is thickened.Top each bowl with sour cream, grated cheese, jalapenos if desired.
