Jalapeno Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage (cleaned and cut up)
- 2 cans rotelle
- 1/2 head cauliflower (cleaned and cut up)
- 1 bag baby carrots (cleaned and cut up)
- 9 stalks celery (cleaned and cut up)
- 1 green pepper (cleaned and cut up)
- 1 onions (large
- 2 jalapeno chilies (cleaned and cut up)
- 2 tablespoons garlic (cleaned and cut up)
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- crushed red pepper (cleaned and cut up)
- 32 ounces chicken broth
- 8 ounces cream cheese
Instructions
- Turn crock pot on highPour chicken broth into crock pot3.
- Add all of the other ingredients except for the cream cheese, Let your soup get real good and hot before adding the cream cheese, I waited for 2 hours.
- Turn to low and let cook for 6-8 hrs or until all ingredients are thoroughly cooked.
