Garlic & Parmesan Keto Edamame

Ingredients

  • 1 package edamame ((cooked as directed by the package (usually steamed in the microwave))
  • 2 tbsp olive oil ((cooked as directed by the package (usually steamed in the microwave))
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook edamame as directed by the package (usually steamed in the microwave) Add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil to a pan.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes Add 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  3. Cook on low until the garlic starts to brown and then take off immediately Add cooked edamame to the pan and toss
  4. Add 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese to a bowl
  5. Pour edamame into bowl and toss with cheese.
  6. Serve!
