Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts ((poached, how to here))
- 3 tbsp paleo mayonnaise ((poached, how to here))
- 3 tbsp onion seasoning mix ((poached, how to here))
- 1 cucumber (peeled and seeded)
- 1/4 cup fennel ((poached, how to here))
- crackers (Paleo)
Instructions
- Poach the chicken breast, then let it cool.
- If you don’t know how to poach chicken you can do it two ways, stove top in a skillet with a lid and some water (link above) or throw it in your pressure cooker with some water.
