Flaxseed Keto Wraps

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp flax seeds ((milled))
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese ((milled))
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor or with a stick blender Fry in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat in some butter or olive oil.
  2. Simply scoop a spoonful into the pan and wait for the dough to heat up.
  3. Swirl it around with a spatula to flatten into a thin crepe.
  4. Recipe Notes This mixture makes 4 medium sized wraps.
  5. Depending how hungry you are and your choice of filling, you could have either one or two wraps per person.
