Flaxseed Keto Wraps

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons flax seeds (milled)
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (milled)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor or with a stick blender Fry in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat in some butter or olive oil.
- Simply scoop a spoonful into the pan and wait for the dough to heat up.
- Swirl it around with a spatula to flatten into a thin crepe.
- Recipe Notes This mixture makes 4 medium sized wraps.
- Depending how hungry you are and your choice of filling, you could have either one or two wraps per person.
