Flax + Egg Breakfast (Keto)

Ingredients

  • 1 heavy whipping cream (splash of)
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons flax seed meal
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Mix in a microwave save bowl and microwave for 1 to 1 and a half minutes.If it gets too dry, plop a pat of butter on top of the finished muffin and let it melt in.Sometimes I add 1 tbsp or so of unsweetened cocoa powder to make it taste like a brownie.
