Ingredients
- 1 heavy whipping cream ((splash of))
- 1 packet stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp flax seed meal
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Mix in a microwave save bowl and microwave for 1 to 1 and a half minutes.If it gets too dry, plop a pat of butter on top of the finished muffin and let it melt in.Sometimes I add 1 tbsp or so of unsweetened cocoa powder to make it taste like a brownie.
