Curry Chicken and Cauliflower
- 5 1/2 ounces chicken thighs (Boneless/Skinless)
- 1 1/2 cups cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon ghee (Boneless/Skinless)
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- salt (to taste)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Roughly chop chicken and cauliflower.
- Season with curry powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Top with ghee or melted butter and mix together until seasoning fully coats the mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
