Curry Chicken and Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 ounces chicken thighs (Boneless/Skinless)
  • 1 1/2 cups cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon ghee (Boneless/Skinless)
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • salt (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Roughly chop chicken and cauliflower.
  • Season with curry powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Top with ghee or melted butter and mix together until seasoning fully coats the mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
