Curry Chicken and Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 5 1/2 oz chicken thighs ((Boneless/Skinless))
- 1 1/2 cup cauliflower
- 1 tbsp ghee ((Boneless/Skinless))
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Roughly chop chicken and cauliflower.
- Season with curry powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Top with ghee or melted butter and mix together until seasoning fully coats the mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
