Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons coconut flour
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (Aluminum-Free)
- 1 tablespoon stevia powder (Aluminum-Free)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (Aluminum-Free)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded dried coconut (Aluminum-Free)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C / 350 F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- (I use this stevia powder.)
- Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Let sit for a couple minutes.
- Drop one tablespoon of dough per cookie on a cooking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- (* Arrange them into a round shape with your hands if desired.)
- Sprinkle the shredded coconut on top (optional).
- Bake for 13 -15 minutes
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet, and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
