Caprese Skewers

Ingredients
- 2 cup cherry tomatoes ((or baby heirloom, 300g / 10.6 oz))
- 2 cup mozzarella cheese ((or baby heirloom, 300g / 10.6 oz))
- 1/2 cup olives ((or baby heirloom, 300g / 10.6 oz))
- 2 tbsp green pesto ((or baby heirloom, 300g / 10.6 oz))
- 2 tbsp fresh basil ((or baby heirloom, 300g / 10.6 oz))
Instructions
- Wash the tomatoes and basil.
- I used green and kalamata marinated in oregano and extra virgin olive oil.
- Mix the mozzarella with the pesto.
- Assemble the skewers by piercing the tomatoes, mozzarella and olives.
- Garnish with fresh basil.
- Enjoy! 🙂
