Baked Meatballs Pork Mustard & Cheddar

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground pork
  • 7 oz cheddar cheese ((shredded))
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup ((shredded))
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 clove garlic ((shredded))
  • 3 tbsp sage ((shredded))
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl place all ingredients.Mix well.
  2. We recommend donning a pair of food safe gloves and mixing by hand.Roll the meat into balls that are the size of 2 tablespoons.
  3. We managed to get 30 balls from this mixture.
