Ingredients

  • 5 medium tomatoes ((400 g / 14.1 oz))
  • 1 cucumber (large
  • 1 green pepper ((400 g / 14.1 oz))
  • 1 red onion ((400 g / 14.1 oz))
  • 16 olives (ideally kalamata)
  • 4 tbsp capers ((400 g / 14.1 oz))
  • 1 package feta cheese ((400 g / 14.1 oz))
  • 1 tsp oregano ((400 g / 14.1 oz))
  • 4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil ((400 g / 14.1 oz))
  • fresh oregano

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the tomatoes.
  2. Peel and slice the cucumber.
  3. Halve, deseed and slice the green pepper.
  4. Peel and slice the red onion.
  5. Place everything into a bowl and add the capers, olives, oregano ...
  6. feta and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
