(tahini, recipe above in notes)
Instructions
This is super simple.
Basically, you need to de-vein the leaves (after washing them!), and then add in the carrots and sauerkraut, and wrap or fold however works best for you.
You can either pour the sauce directly on, or use it as a dip!
