Mix all meatball ingredients together.
It's helpful to use a potato masher.
In a separate bowl, mix the coating together.
Heat the oil in a frying pan on the stove over medium heat.
Grease hands first with oil, then roll ground meat into meatballs.
Dip each ball into whisked egg, and then roll through coating.
Place meatballs in frying pan.
Fry for about 3 minutes per side.
(I pressed mine a little so they looked more like nuggets.)
Once done, cool slightly on a plate lined with a paper towel.
Serve with your favorite keto-friendly dipping sauce.
This will make about 20 meatballs depending on how big you make them.
