Ingredients

  • 2 kilograms milk
  • 100 grams yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

  • Boil the milk and lower the flame then add in yogurt and vinegar keep stirring turn off the flame leave it for 10 minutes drain the excess water and let it sit for one hour with a weight on top.
