Ingredients

cherry tomatoes
(or baby heirloom, 300g / 10.6 oz)

mozzarella cheese
(or baby heirloom, 300g / 10.6 oz)
1/2

olives
(or baby heirloom, 300g / 10.6 oz)

tablespoons
green pesto
(or baby heirloom, 300g / 10.6 oz)

tablespoons
fresh basil
(or baby heirloom, 300g / 10.6 oz)
Instructions
Wash the tomatoes and basil.
I used green and kalamata marinated in oregano and extra virgin olive oil.
Mix the mozzarella with the pesto.
Assemble the skewers by piercing the tomatoes, mozzarella and olives.
Garnish with fresh basil.
