Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 7 containers tuna ((in Water Strained))
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 160 g celery
  • 140 g green pepper
  • 25 g green onions
  • 3/4 cup relish ((in Water Strained))
  • 3 large eggs ((in Water Strained))

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs: place them in a pot, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, and cook for 10 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath, then peel and chop.
  2. Drain all the tuna cans thoroughly and place the tuna in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Finely dice the celery, green pepper, and green onions.
  4. Add the chopped vegetables, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, and relish to the tuna.
  5. Mix everything together until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
