Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 7 containers tuna ((in Water Strained))
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 160 g celery
- 140 g green pepper
- 25 g green onions
- 3/4 cup relish ((in Water Strained))
- 3 large eggs ((in Water Strained))
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs: place them in a pot, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, and cook for 10 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath, then peel and chop.
- Drain all the tuna cans thoroughly and place the tuna in a large mixing bowl.
- Finely dice the celery, green pepper, and green onions.
- Add the chopped vegetables, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, and relish to the tuna.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
