The Best Keto Chocolate Bar

Ingredients
- 35 grams butter (cacao, I use this)
- 35 grams chocolate bars (cacao, I use this)
- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract (cacao, I use this)
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract (cacao, I use this)
- 1 teaspoon erythritol (cacao, I use this)
- 15 drops liquid stevia (cacao, I use this)
Instructions
- Add cacao butter and cacao bar to a microwave safe container.
- Microwave for ~ 1 minute 20 seconds.
- Stir.
- Add remaining ingredients to microwave safe bowl.
- Stir.
- Add mixture to chocolate bar mold.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- If you're overly eager you can pop it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy.
