Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup salted butter ((softened))
- 6 tbsp almond flour
- 6 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 tbsp Swerve Sweetener
- 6 tsp coconut flour
- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Grease a loaf pan and preheat oven to 350.Mix softened butter and cocoa powder.Add coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, swerve and vanilla.Add eggs.Cook at 350 for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
