Garlic Mashed Cauliflower – Keto Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower (chopped)
  • 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone
  • milk (choice

Instructions

  • Pour water into a large pot, leaving enough room for your caulifower, and bring it up to the boil.
  • Once boiling, add the caulifower, diced garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Simmer until the caulflower is easily mashable.
  • Once done, drain and mash, along with butter, mascarpone and additional salt and pepper to taste.
  • If you’d like your cauliflower mash extra creamy then add a few (or more) tablespoons of your milk of choice.
