Spicy Sausage & Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage casings ((Italian, removed and chopped into bite size pieces))
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 head cabbage ((Italian, removed and chopped into bite size pieces))
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 2 stalk celery ((Italian, removed and chopped into bite size pieces))
- 5 clove garlic ((Italian, removed and chopped into bite size pieces))
- red pepper flakes ((Italian, removed and chopped into bite size pieces))
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tbsp worchestershire
- 4 can diced tomatoes ((Italian, removed and chopped into bite size pieces))
- 8 cup water
- 5 tbsp chicken bouillon granules ((Italian, removed and chopped into bite size pieces))
Instructions
- In a large pot, add all ingredients and bring to a boil.Once boiling, reduce heat and cover.
- Simmer until sausage and pork is done and cabbage is tender.
