Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage casings ((Italian, removed and chopped into bite size pieces))
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 head cabbage ((Italian, removed and chopped into bite size pieces))
  • 2 onions (chopped)
  • 2 stalk celery ((Italian, removed and chopped into bite size pieces))
  • 5 clove garlic ((Italian, removed and chopped into bite size pieces))
  • red pepper flakes ((Italian, removed and chopped into bite size pieces))
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tbsp worchestershire
  • 4 can diced tomatoes ((Italian, removed and chopped into bite size pieces))
  • 8 cup water
  • 5 tbsp chicken bouillon granules ((Italian, removed and chopped into bite size pieces))

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, add all ingredients and bring to a boil.Once boiling, reduce heat and cover.
  2. Simmer until sausage and pork is done and cabbage is tender.
