Ingredients

  • 1 jalapeno chilies ((medium sized))
  • 2 slice bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat.Add even heaped tablespoons of cheese to prepared baking sheet.
  2. Place one slice of jalapeño in the center of mound.
  3. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.Bake on high for 7-10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are browned.Remove from oven and let cool completely until crisp.
