  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter ((soft))
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 strawberries ingredient (fistful Berries)
  • 1 tsp honey ((soft))

Instructions

  1. Start by heating the oven to 170° C/ 325° F with a fan Next, blend the eggs, the cottage cheese, the coconut flour, the butter, and the vanilla extract in a bowl with a hand blender or a mixer.
  2. When the batter becomes fully homogeneous, transfer into a small baking pan and decorate with the fruits.

  5. Spread some honey on top, if you desire
