Ingredients

  • 6 lb beef brisket
  • 1 tbsp meat tenderizer
  • 2 tbsp liquid smoke ((Tbsp))
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce ((Tbsp))
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic ((Tbsp))
  • 2 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp worchestershire
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice ((Tbsp))
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 bottle barbecue sauce ((Tbsp))

Instructions

  1. Rub brisket with Meat Tenderizer.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and rub onto both sides of meat.
  3. Wrap in heavy duty foil and seal.
  4. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
  5. Bake in 300 degrees F for 4 hours or 275 F for 5 hours or until done.Optional, cover in LOW CARB BBQ sauce for last hour, leaving uncovered.
