Ingredients

  • 500 g coconut milk yogurt ((if you buy it, make sure it doesn’t have added sugar))
  • 1 passion fruit ((if you buy it, make sure it doesn’t have added sugar))
  • 2 tbsp nuts ((if you buy it, make sure it doesn’t have added sugar))

Instructions

  1. INSTRUCTIONS Divide the yogurt in half and place each half into a small wide glass (400 ml).
  2. Cut open the passionfruit and spoon half onto the top of each yogurt parfait.
  3. Add 1 heaped tablespoon of the nuts and seeds on top.
  4. Add 5 blueberries to each glass.
  5. Enjoy with a spoon.
