  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp grass-fed butter ((very))
  • 40 g sour cream ((very))
  • 70 g cream cheese ((very))
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice ((very))
  • 3 tbsp Swerve Sweetener (confectioners or xylitol
  • strawberries (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. For the keto graham cracker crustLightly toast almond flour and (very finely chopped!) pecans in a skillet or pan over medium heat, until fully golden and fragrant (2-4 minutes).
