Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp almond butter ((creamy))
  • 1 tbsp egg whites ((creamy))
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder ((creamy))
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 drop sucralose ((creamy))
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a small microwave-safe bowl or ramekin, combine the almond butter, egg white, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, sucralose drops, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Stir with a fork until the batter is smooth and well combined.
  3. Microwave on high for 30-45 seconds until the brownie is puffed and set.
  4. Let cool for 1-2 minutes before eating — it will firm up as it cools.
  5. Enjoy straight from the bowl or flip onto a plate.
