Low Carb Pumpkin Pie Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 4 scoop vanilla whey protein powder ((~120g))
  • 2 tbsp solid pack pumpkin
  • 2 tsp cinnamon ((~120g))

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, coconut butter, pumpkin, and spices until totally combined.
  2. Add in whey protein, and stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead until the whey is totally mixed in.
  4. Press into a loaf pan and chill for about 30 minutes before cutting into 8 equal pieces.
  5. Store in fridge.
  6. Stuff in face.
