Low Carb Pumpkin Mash

Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked pumpkin
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp erythritol (or other keto sweetener)
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- In a medium pot, combine the cooked pumpkin, almond milk, and butter.
- Heat over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until everything is well combined and warmed through.
- Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, erythritol, and a pinch of salt to the pumpkin mixture.
- Continue to stir until fully mixed and heated, about 3-5 minutes.
- Once heated, remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
