Ingredients

  • 2 cup cooked pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp erythritol (or other keto sweetener)
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot, combine the cooked pumpkin, almond milk, and butter.
  2. Heat over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until everything is well combined and warmed through.
  3. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, erythritol, and a pinch of salt to the pumpkin mixture.
  4. Continue to stir until fully mixed and heated, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Once heated, remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
