Low Carb Pumpkin Mash

Instructions
- Chop the pumpkin and cauliflower into uniform sized pieces.
- Move the pumpkin and cauliflower into a saucepan and cover with water and a generous pinch of salt.
- Place the saucepan on the stove top on a medium to high heat.
- Bring up the boil and simmer until the pumpkin and cauliflower are soft and easily mashable.
- Drain and pour over some cream and add some butter.
- Depending how creamy you want it will determine how much you add.
- Mash with a potato masher until smooth and creamy
