Ingredients

  • 12 oz zucchini ((Green Giant, Spirals))
  • 1 cup heavy cream ((Green Giant, Spirals))
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Green Giant Zucchini Spirals according to the package directions.
  2. Add the cream, minced garlic and butter to a medium saucepan.
  3. Heat on medium heat, stirring every few minutes.
  4. Once the mixture is heated (not boiling) add in the Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously.
  5. *If the alfredo isn't as thick as you would like add more Parmesan cheese a little bit a time until the mixture thickens
