Ketogenic Texan BBQ Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken wings
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp sugar ((Erythritol))
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger ((Erythritol))
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place all the herbs and spices along with the erythritol into a mixing bowl and mix.Add the chicken wings and ensure they are all coated in the spice mix.
  2. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes.Preheat your grill (or oven to 200C/390F).Drizzle the oil over your wings to prevent sticking.
  3. For baking, place your wings on a lined cookie sheet.Grill your wings for 15-20 minutes until cooked through OR bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Cooking time will depend on the size of your wings.Serve with Keto Friendly Mayo for dipping.
