Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp stevia or erythritol (to taste)
  • 1 cup berries (raspberries or blackberries)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the unsweetened Greek yogurt, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and sweetener. Stir until well mixed.
  2. In a serving glass or bowl, layer half of the yogurt mixture as the first layer.
  3. Add half of the berries on top of the yogurt layer.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt mixture and berries.
  5. Sprinkle the sliced almonds on top.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
