Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp stevia or erythritol (to taste)
- 1 cup berries (raspberries or blackberries)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the unsweetened Greek yogurt, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and sweetener. Stir until well mixed.
- In a serving glass or bowl, layer half of the yogurt mixture as the first layer.
- Add half of the berries on top of the yogurt layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt mixture and berries.
- Sprinkle the sliced almonds on top.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
